Self- exploration module

This module provides an ideal start to coaching especially if you are not sure where to begin. This is a 5 session programme, ideally done in weekly intervals. The key objective is to get insights about ourselves and a deeper perspective of our life. It uses simple yet powerful coaching tools which force us to think differently about ourselves. This new perspective quite often leads to profound and deep realisation. People who have undertaken this module have found it to make them calmer, focused, and in better control of their lives. The time commitment in this is typically 5-8 hours of session time and similar time on self-work.

Key requirements for this to have a positive impact are honesty, willingness to share, openness to accept and implement.

Relationship module

Healthy and fulfilling relationships are a key to happiness. According to a 75 year study by Harvard, the single most important aspect of happiness is positive relationships. In fact, the research concluded that our relationships and how happy we are in our relationships has a powerful influence on our health. As such, tending to our relationships is a form of self-care too.

This module is typically done jointly with the person with whom you would want your relationship to improve- could be a spouse, sibling, child, friend or even business partner. The focus here is to get a deeper understanding of each other, which could change our awareness and perspective of the relationship.

This is a 7 session programme, spread across 2 months, with flexibility for customization.

Beliefs module

Our beliefs are the crucial factor in how happy, how effective and how successful we are. Our limiting beliefs hold us back and prevent us from achieving our potential. This module helps us get deeper into our subconscious mind and understand our belief system. Then we try and clear negative/ limiting beliefs. The idea is to make these changes permanent- by working on the whole self instead of a part of us.

The duration of this module is person/ situation specific. Typically one can budget 10 sessions done over 6 months.
